Yes, of course, IT-Recht Kanzlei is liable within the scope of its legal duties of care for the content of the clauses within its legal texts, as well as for other contractually owed consulting services.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Both the “Rechtstexte-Schutzpaket” and “Kaufland Basis-AGB” packages can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
